"WHAT I AM TRYING TO SAY HERE, YOU DON'T NEED TO PAY SOMEONE TO CHANGE YOUR WEIGHT FOREVER." This is knowledge your doctor should be giving you! You should never have to pay for this. Stop paying others to help you loose weight, and just do it. Start tomorrow, the same way I started. Just do it! Take all the food you would eat in one or two meals, and turn them into five to seven meals. Eating this way will just peal the weight off you! I've been a fat guy most my life, and when I began to eat this way, the weight just fell off me. In four months I went from 367 pounds to 252. Yes, that's right, an average of 29 pounds a month, for a total of 115 pounds in four months. This translate to about 7 pound a week, which is exactly the way your doctor would want you to loose weight, but you do not need to see your doctor or pay someone. All I did different was I stopped eating junk food, took the good food I both liked, and was good for me, and ate them five to seven times a day. Lots of fruits, and veggies, but you do not have to give up anything. This is all I did, and this is all you need to do. However, if you are diabetic you will still need to avoid sugar, and certain carbohydrates, but good diet control can mean control without medication. I'm diabetic, and I stopped taking medication for it three years ago! "YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY ME, OR ANYONE ELSE A DIME FOR THIS KNOWLEDGE. IT FREE HERE FOR THE TAKING!" What help reinforce this knowledge, is the fact that Doctors, and Dieticians support this kind of diet for weight loss. I have checked this out with a multitude of doctors, and they all tell me the same thing, "I am right". Eat anything you want, just break it up into many small meals through the day. Funny thing, I just finish watching a program on TV call,"21 Day Metabolism Makeover". Throughout this program it suggests the very same thing. They just would never come out, and say this because they want your money. Well, this information is now free to everyone that can read, and no one should be getting rich on your misery of being overweight. "STOP SPENDING MONEY ON KNOWLEDGE THAT IS NOW FREE". You will see, this kind of diet program works, and this is why everyone flocks to these TV diets, because they work. The other thing is these diets will often offer a body cleans to detoxify you body first, and if you fast at least once a year your body will do this for you. A typical fast can be one to three days. What you need to do is avoid hard digestible foods, and drink lots of fluids. NO veggies, meats, dairy, most fruit, starches and NO raw/artificial sugars/sweeteners, NO SODA OF ANY KIND! Lots, and lots of fluid type items like water, Gatorade (careful with the potassium, and sugar), juice (careful with the citric acid, and sugar), Jell-O, melons (the only fruit allowed but very limited, and just the real juicy ones). Research a little, and you can determine what would work best for you to detoxify, but this method will initiate system wide detoxification. There are lots of preparations on the market, but you don't really need any of them, just follow these simple instruction, and diabetics do monitor sugar carefully during detox. "STOP SPENDING MONEY ON SOMETHING THAT IS NOW FREE. LOOSING WEIGHT CAN BE EASY, AND THE KNOWLEDGE IS NOW FREE". Two other thing to point out, just to be safe, if the Earth ever gets to a point where the human race is on the brink, and food becomes difficult to get again, you may want to rethink this strategy. Life right now for most, is full of bounty, with a blip here, and there on the screen but should that change, your eating habits may need to revert back to a time when life was not full of bounty, just to survive.
