THE MIRACLE OF GRAPEFRUIT

This document is to help everyone understand two things, there is a different way one can live without ever seeing a doctor and doctors seldom tell you the whole truth unless you press them to the wall.

I need to tell a bit of a story to give all the understanding for you to come away with less trust of your physician and a greater need to research your own medical needs. Unless you suffer a trauma or acquire cancer you can live as I do, with multiple medical conditions treating all them yourself.

For thirty years I listen to doctors about most everything about my health and my health declined. Nothing the doctors provided ever help my conditions, it would mask the symptoms but would never correct anything. However, I was on cholesterol medication for two and half years because of what they called high cholesterol. My lipid were ok but my LDL was at 127 and HDL at 62 combined it would read 189. Yes my LDL was too high and my HDL too low. Well there was nothing I could do about my HDL but the doctors insisted cholesterol medication could correct my LDL. Exercise is the only thing that can change your HDL, however the medication to change your LDL should not be taken if you have Hep-C. Well I have hep-C yet the doctor put me on the drug anyway.

One day when I was seeing the doctor to get my medication refilled I had been complaining about the price I paid for my grapefruit, I love grapefruit. The doctor almost in a panic asked me how much grapefruit I ate. I told him sometimes I might eat three a day. "Oh you can't do that you must ease up on your consumption of grapefruit while taking cholesterol medication it will make your cholesterol level drop too low." "WHAT", I said, "You mean grapefruit cause cholesterol to drop"?

Well he told me that the fact is I could control my cholesterol by eating grapefruit alone and this is why taking cholesterol while eating grapefruit can be bad. From that day forward I abandoned the medication and eat a grapefruit 4 to five times a week. My HDL is at 89 and my LDL is up a bit at 67. I do not take medication any longer and will never ever take any again.

The other issue is there is no correlation with lowering cholesterol level and improving cardiac symptoms. There hasn't been enough time for a statistical correlation between the use of cholesterol medication and cardiac improvement. It is obvious to most anyone with a deductive analytical mind you clog up your arteries it will impact your heart.

So eat grapefruit and toss your cholesterol meds in the trash you won't need them. However, with that said if you have an allergy or sensitivity to grapefruit do not toss you meds until you have another solution.

If you want to send me money for this I will accept it but I will redirect it to my favorite charities, "Maryknoll Convent" and "St. Jude Research Hospital".

To capitulated compassion, unconditional love, and devotion to my Wife, Children and the, "Whole Human Race", I give you this knowledge free and without obligation to me or anyone else.

Sincerely,

Dr. Julian R. Gothican
